About Davi Gabriel Zimmer da Silva

Davi is an organizational designer and facilitator at Target Teal, specializing in improving interactions between teams and individuals in the corporate environment. He is a pioneer in the practice of Holacracy in Brazil and co-author of the Organic Organization, a Brazilian approach to self-management. Davi has a degree in Information Systems from UNISINOS and a postgraduate degree in Positive Psychology from PUCRS. He loves the themes of human and organizational development, productivity, the future of work and organizational culture.
