Rodrigo is an organizational designer and facilitator. He has a degree in Material Engineering from POLI-USP. He worked for over 10 years creating and conducting teams and in leader development programs using experiential education as a method. He has worked as an engineer and manager. Passionate about working with organizations, today he believes that working within the social system and not on people, he can contribute more and be much happier.
