Purpose. We believe that individuals and organizations should work towards a common purpose. That is, generating external impact, rather than profits only.
Wholeness. People need to have space and conditions to be themselves at the work environment. Emotions, fears, and uncertainties should also come in.
Self-Management. Self-organized and cross functional teams deliver better results. More autonomy leads to creativity.
